Duration: schedule a minimum of one hour, a lot of the time more (including preparation, at least 45 min of massaging and caring, then recovery time)
Where: at your hotel preferred, but your home is alright (with eye masks). private hotel rooms possible with participation. i work on all the island of mallorca.
